Returned items must be unused and free from any damage whatsoever.

Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Refunds for returns will be processed once the item has been received and is deemed to be in sell-able condition.

Tahoe Hitch Cover is not responsible for shipping cost for returned or exchanged items unless we sent the wrong item.
